Shannon is best known for starring in Hollywood's series of teen comedies "American Pie".  Her poker claim to fame, so far, is winning the Nicky Hilton New Years Eve Poker Tournament at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas.  Ms. Elizabeth took the first place share of the $120,000 prize pool.  She donated a significant chunk of that to her favorite charity.
